inauguration of OCRA Montalcino

OCRA, the Creative Workshop of Living, was inaugurated in the Complex of Saint Augustine in Montalcino on Saturday 13 June 2015. A place that had remained unused for too long is once again inhabited by men and ideas. Saint Augustine was reborn with the aim of adding value to value.
Places brought to light to create a new model of enhancing the city based on the preservation and dissemination of the cultural content of the area and integrated in a cultural exchange market. Our aim was to coordinate a series of activities for reusing the complex and its grey and monolithic gigantic stone buildings, to open it to the citizens of Montalcino and consequently to tourists.
When a complex like that of Saint Augustine is renovated, not only its walls, but also its culture is restored, so that it can develop again. The Complex of Saint Augustine will thus foster urban culture based on the interchange between the value that is produced inside and outside the city. Many different activities connected with each other. This is why we would like you to take part in this project, so that we can share OCRA activities with the public.
