The project aims to renovate and convert an eighteenth-century villa located on an abandoned site, so that it can be used to offer high-class accommodation services and improve the area by including a series of complementary services-providing buildings in the park blended seamlessly in nature, by relying on architecture as a component of the landscape and promoting the environment as a living space and not only as decoration.

The goal of the renovation work is to extend the villa, so as to make it a luxury resort with a 5-star hotel, an haute-cuisine restaurant and a spa with a wellness centre built inside the hill behind the villa.

The new accommodation services will not dramatically change the eighteenth-century image of the central building: so as not to interfere with the main facades of the villa, the hotel and the restaurant will be built behind the historic building with a clearly contemporary architecture.

The large park that surrounds the villa will necessarily be modified, while keeping the most important trees that characterize the architectural scenery of the building complex and adding a bio-lake to convey emotional experience to visitors.
