project | tourist village
in the maremma
seggiano (gr)2009
A tourist village in the high Maremma on the slopes of Mount Amiata, three quarters of an hour from the sea, where olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation combine with large chestnut trees and oaks.
While keeping in mind that true living comfort never contrasts with living nature and that architecture means first of all to live in nature and that the purpose of technology should be to preserve and conserve common property.

A strong point of reference for the surrounding area, not for a show-off invasive building style, but for a philosophy of life aimed at caring for and protecting the environment, through an architecture that dialogues with the past and expresses contemporary passions.
