The farmhouse dates back to the end of the 19th century and consists of two buildings probably dating back to the same period. Around the 1950s, the main building underwent major changes, including the creation of an additional floor by reducing the storey height and raising the roof.

The project involves the restoration of the 3 floors, while keeping the original openings and contours on the street level and changing those on the upper floors and repositioning the wooden balconies in the old teeth still visible in the masonry.

The staircase was moved from the ground floor to the north wall towards the road, so as to improve the southern facings of the rooms.
