The building, which dates back to around the ’30s, not only did not have any elements or finishes of value, but its overall appearance was helpless and sad. The small increase in volume provided for by the local zoning plan allowed to rebalance the buildings, which were distinguished by using different facade colours for each.

The frieze under the gutter created by the constructivist painter Paolo Ghilardi reinterprets from a modern angle the decorations on the facades of the buildings in the neighbourhood dating back to the same period.
