A reuse plan of Villa Crescenzi – Terzaghi in order to create a spa and an accommodation complex on Lake Endine that it can also be a driving force for the tourist economy. A sort of naturalistic village with services for the persons in total integration with nature, placed on several levels in order to satisfy the countryside plans in full respect of the environment and the pre-existence.

Buildings that arise from the meeting of orthogonal natural stone floors, completed by horizontally green roofs, not flat but with a trend in continuity with the surrounding terrain, so that the buildings are integrated with the existing morphology.

Passive, low-energy housing made of natural and entirely renewable materials surrounded and permeated by greenery. The entire intervention also includes the redevelopment of the park surrounding the villa, a special naturalistic value of the site of Lake Endine.
