The restaurant is part of the overall redevelopment project of the Montecucco hamlet. The part added to the building used as a restaurant was designed in the shape of a winter garden visually connected more to the outside than to the building which it is attached to. It is made entirely of wood and glass with typical contemporaneous features, like its extremely simple shape and natural materials exposed to oxidation over time.
