The result is a project that is deeply rooted in the territory and where the hybridization between tourism and agriculture requires the right combination between nature and architecture. The project envisages timeless buildings which do not aim at inventing forms and which have been designed as temporary structures that have all the qualities to become permanent. Like a body that lives, defends itself, grows and changes according to how it is used and the cycles of nature. An inhabited building should change to adapt to the changes of its inhabitants, its shapes and materials should be shaped by the everyday life of those who use its spaces.

The aim is to train young creatives and help them and their works get known, to fill them with enthusiasm, which will allow them to combine the target cultures and to improve the economy of the area by showing new perspectives from which they can look at themselves and the others to improve their quality of life.

From a functional and morphological point of view, the project is made up of 5 different areas, which together form a single harmonious system like rooms in a single house: a multi-purpose room with an open-air art gallery, windbreak walls made of hay bales, a bed & breakfast, an agora and an open-air art gallery.
