Landscapes are one of the key assets in Italy. Villages, farmhouses, parish churches and castles are part of the historical and artistic heritage that includes treasures of the Etruscan, Roman, Medieval and Renaissance civilization. Different experts are going to discuss the importance of preserving this heritage from an architectural point of view in connection with economy, history and environment.

The conference “The landscape, economy, history and environment“, is part of a wide range of events organized and promoted by OCRA Montalcino and the club Sant’Angelo in Colle on the occasion of the Festa del Paesaggio.
Different experts discuss the importance of preserving the landscape from an architectural point of view in connection with economy, history and environment. Themes such as landscape economy, biodiversity, integration between urban and rural areas, and promotion and preservation policies are explored with particular focus on activities aimed at enhancing the local landscape.
The following speakers are going to give speeches at the conference: Pierpaolo Balbo, Salvatore Bimonte, Andrea Calabresi, Stefano Campana, Massimo Zannelli and Andrea Calabresi, Gaetano di Pasquale and Edoardo Milesi.
