The aim is to design a space which, through an annual or seasonal public call for proposals, can be used free of charge by those who are able to propose a collective and autonomous programme aimed at getting together users who are under 21 years old helping them to enter a social and cultural exchange market .

The project also aims to show that even with small but targeted and appropriate investments it is possible to activate energies and synergies that affect the very structure of a city.

From its preliminary stages, the programme involves participatory design, which does not mean that everyone participates in the project, but that sharing the programme with users is an essential condition to start and implement the project. It means understanding the actual needs, including cultural needs, and immediately encouraging a responsible practice of taking care through a sense of pride and belonging.
