The plot of land concerned is too small for a kindergarten and a primary school; given the size of the required buildings compared to the surface available, a multi-storey building needs to be designed; the outdoor area for the two schools as provided for by the Ministerial Decree of 18/12/75 can be created on the ground level, but it can hardly be used independently by the two schools; urban relations do not seem to be addressed by any particular urban plan.

The necessary parking areas for the teachers of the two schools and the area where parents can stop their cars to let their children get out safely to go to school (kiss & ride) must be located on the plot lot of land concerned.
The project therefore needs to address the relations, including visual relations, between the school and the city through an architecture that goes beyond the small area available.
