A detailed private-initiative plan for the construction of medium-sized sales buildings, apartments and car parks in the market square in Olbia.
Keeping in mind that aggregation dynamics can only be guided by strong motivations provided by the fact that the aim of the new square should not be to provide people with a place where they can park their cars for recreational purposes but to provide them with accessible commercial spaces where basic necessities are possibly sold, the company that owns the former Cinema Astra has proposed a project for the conversion of this area in combination and consistently with the redevelopment of the square formerly known as Piazza Mercato Civico.
