The project for the preservation and restoration of the church Madonna di Salaiola was necessary, because the building was no longer used as it was not accessible to visitors due to the bad conditions of the structure. The project, which recognizes not only the great symbolic and functional value that the small church has for the parish community, but also its important strategic position in the square of the village, aims to make the church quickly usable again, so that is accessible to believers and visitors and Mass can be celebrated in it, by reinforcing its structure and replacing the damaged wooden elements of the roof.
