The project envisages inserting a piece of city into an empty space left behind by an unused building, which due the expansion of the urban perimeter over time, is now located in the city centre in an area of particular strategic importance.

The proposed solution aims not only to replace the production buildings, but to build a portion of the city seamlessly connected with the centre of Albino, thus introducing an important landscape component emphasizing and facilitating the interpretation of the hilly territory that has been erased over time by the horizontal north-east/south-west stratification. On the one hand, by creating a view to the medieval complex and on the other by creating an urban area with a strong identity.
