Less than a hundred meters away, in the alley leading to the citadel, stands the new small hotel. Fourteen rooms on four floors, each with a different view.

There are two entrances: one from via Colleoni between artisan shops and one, further away, from the elegant via Tassis, both have skilfully restored medieval staircases. The metal ribs necessary to reinforce the structure of the building are in full view, so that the authentic wooden ceilings, which were only cleaned and not renovated, can be seen.

The main staircase, which leads from the entrance to the room floors, is made of rough iron and has been designed in detail, as have been the reception and the wash basins in the bathrooms.

The interior plasters are made of lime putty and powdered marble squashed with a spatula, while in some points old fresco paintings can be seen.
