Under and inside the large artificial pergola, 12 metres high and 46 metres wide, the following activities are organised along a route just below the ground level: the choice of grapes, vinification, ageing, bottling and refinement.

An ecological partition wall made up of an iron weave that generates energy and on which vines climb. Inside, nature is artificially shaped to make place for the large “factory”, while outside everything remains as it is now, only inside does the architecture sculpt the natural shape of the ground.

The production chain is like a long train running inside the iron ribs of a box without walls, in which the lawn is raised and shaped as needed and the countryside becomes a garden. Outside, there is spontaneous, uncultivated vegetation, where nature rules and stretches inwards, thus regulating temperature and humidity in the inhabited space: nature combines the inhabited space with its trees, mixes it with its spontaneous herbs, and gives it what it needs from a climatic and emotional perspective.
